--Whole wheat penne with tomato basil sauce from Pasteria in North Market is a tasty and healthy lunch.

--It only costs 25 cents to get 75 minutes parking at the meters at North Bank Park.

--I still love my car. It begs to be driven around downtown.

--Chuck Norris once clipped an unruly beard hair and discarded it in the ocean. 23 years later it came back to the USA and he named it Michael Phelps. The rest was history.
