Harold Ickes is a tool

Reading the terribly-written documentation for my new camera (D300, w00t!) and paying half attention to Meet the Press. Harold Ickes, Senior Advisor for the Clinton campaign is bitching about Michigan's delegates only being seated for a portion of their original worth. Cut to video of Hillary from 3 months ago declaring that Michigan votes should not and would not count since they broke the rules for polling dates. Oh, but she won! She crushed Obama in MI! By what margin? Don't know, he wasn't on the ticket because he respected the DNC's declaration that it would be an invalid primary. A conversation I've had with my brother comes to mind.

Me: Is hunting a sport?
Jon: I can't consider anything a sport where one of the teams doesn't know they're playing.

Had Obama's name been on the ballot something tells me that Hillary wouldn't be fighting so hard to get those results counted. The fact that Obama's campaign was willing to concede any votes from MI to HRC shows the spirit of party healing the Democratic Party needs right now if they want any chance of winning the general election. This is a stark contrast to the desperate, pathetic attempts of Hillary to cling to a nomination that is out of her reach.

I swear John McCain is funding her continued efforts to win the nomination. He's getting the best of this primary.
